CPMR Baltic Sea Commission General Assembly gather in Rostock-Warnemünde May 27-28. Baltic Master II arranges a workshop during the assembly on the subject "Maritime Safety in the Baltic Region".

European Maritime Day, in Gijón on 18-21 May 2010 is co-organised by the European Commission, the Spanish Presidency of the European Union and the Government of the Principality of Asturias. The theme for the meeting is innovation for sustainable growth of maritime sectors and coastal regions.

To report on progress halfway through its three-year term, Baltic Master II held a conference on 5-6 May hosted by the Maritime Institute in Gdansk, Poland.
