Ballast water management
The Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. has carried out a risk assessment of ballast water and sediment and prepared what should be done in order to be well prepared to ratify the Ballast Water Convention.
All Baltic Sea Countries are committed to sign the BWM Convention, through the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan, by 2013 at the latest.
